Peristaltic pump for microbrewery

Version 0

for pumping wort / hot water. Printed on 3D printer. With this 12V motor it gets 2,4l/min and with acu-drill it was 3l/min. It has preparation for secondary tubing.

Version 1

Pump printed on 3d printer. It has less plastic material, design is simplier, instead of axis there are silicon cylinders from laser printer. Flowrate 6l/min, head lift minimally 1,5 m.

The planetary gearbox is also printed on 3D printer.

The tubings are food grade up to 120°C and because the medium gets in contact just with

the tubings, there is nothing more needed. It has to be flooded, but it can suck a bit. There is no problem with dry run. Price is max 200 CZK, if we do not count the motor and cylinders, which are from common "scrap".

There will be more improvements for sure, but this should be usable now. This cheap pump i need, because i can use much more pieces and spare valves & tubings.
